I built The Orlando Pool Masters a website. It's live right now.

You didn't ask for it and you haven't paid for anything. Take 30 seconds to look at it, then I'll explain why I did it.

Why would someone build you a site for free

I build websites for local businesses in Orlando, and I got tired of pitching. Nobody believes a promise, and everybody believes something they can click.

So I picked a few businesses here and just built the thing. Yours stood out: 4.8 stars across 98 reviews means you already do the work well. That's the hard part, and you've done it.

What you didn’t have was a place for people to find you and reach you.

People I've worked for

Real people I've built and shipped work for. Not stock logos, not borrowed names.

One of them was spending sixty grand a month to bring in a hundred. After I fixed how they were tracking their customers, they brought in the same hundred spending fifty.

A website alone doesn't ring your phone

Here’s the part most people get wrong. A site sitting online is a shop on a street with no traffic. It can be perfect and still stay quiet, because nobody typed the address.

What rings the phone is showing up at the moment someone needs you. Someone in Orlando types "pool cleaning near me" into Google. Or, more and more, they open ChatGPT and just ask who to call.

Right now, in that moment, they're not finding you. They're finding whoever did that work.

That's the part I do

Getting you found. Not just on Google, but inside the AI tools people are starting to ask instead of searching: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google's AI answers, Gemini.

Almost no local business has done this yet. The ones that do it now get named by default, because there’s nobody else in line. That window closes when everyone catches on.

And your site comes with you:

  • Your own domain. It stops living under my address and becomes yours.
  • Requests hit your phone. The second someone fills out the form, it’s on your phone. Not a report at the end of the month.
  • My name comes off it. The site is yours, front to back.

And there's no monthly fee. You pay once, it's yours, and I don't show up on your card every month for the rest of your life.

The site is live, it's indexed, and the form works. I tested it end to end. The next person who needs pool cleaning in Orlando and lands there can reach you in two taps.
My guarantee

Thirty days. If you don’t want it, I send your money back, and you keep the site and the domain anyway.

I know how that sounds. I built the whole thing before asking you for a dollar, so this is the same idea one step further: you shouldn’t be the one taking the risk here.

What happens after you say yes

Within 48 hours you type your own domain and your site opens. Send yourself a test request through the form and watch your phone ring. That’s the whole proof, and you don’t need me to show it to you.

Want to keep it?

Then let's talk for five minutes. No pitch deck, no contract to read. I'll tell you what it costs and you tell me yes or no.

Text me

Texting goes straight to my phone and I usually reply within the hour. Or tap the second one and I'll call the number on your Google listing, (407) 544-4599. Different number? Text me instead.

This site is up on my dime. It can come down at any time.

Questions

What's the catch?

There isn’t one, and that’s the whole point of building it first. You’ve seen the site. It works. Nothing on it is fake and nothing is locked. If you never reply to me, nothing bad happens to you.

What if I don't want it?

That’s fine, you don’t even have to reply. Just know what this site is: a demo I built on my own, and the hosting comes out of my pocket. It can come down at any time. When it does, the page, the form and every request that came through it go with it.

If you want to keep it, the site moves to your own domain, requests hit your phone the second someone sends one, and I start working on getting you found when somebody in Orlando searches for pool cleaning on Google or asks an AI who to call. One payment, no monthly fee.

Who are you?

Anderson. I build and run websites for local businesses.

Before this I ran marketing and customer tracking for creators and founders in Brazil, including accounts with over a million followers each. Different line of work from yours, but the job was the same one you need: making sure the people already looking for you can find you and reach you.

Either way, I didn’t ask you to trust me. I built your site first and put it online, so you could judge the work instead of my story. Same reason you get thirty days to change your mind.

What about those companies that keep calling me?

You know the ones. They build you a site, charge you eleven hundred to fifteen hundred a month, lock you into a twelve month contract, and the day you stop paying the site disappears, because it was never yours.

I'm the opposite of that. You pay once, you own it, and if I disappeared tomorrow your site would keep working.

What does it cost?

It’s one payment, not a subscription. The exact number depends on your area and how much competition there is for those searches, so I won’t make one up here. Text me and I’ll give you the real one in that first message.

And whatever it is, you have 30 days to change your mind and get it back.

Is this really my site?

The content is about your business, built from your reviews and your services. Once we talk, it moves to your domain and it’s yours. Until then it’s a demo living at my address.

How did you get my information?

Your Google listing. Same place your customers find you. Your phone number, your reviews and your service area are all public there.
